Clear Messaging to Highlight Products and Audiences

We redefined the content strategy to clearly communicate Breezeway’s diverse product suite and target audiences, ensuring that each segment received tailored messaging. By restructuring the site and updating page components, we introduced a logical flow of information and modernized the copy to reflect Breezeway’s evolving offerings.

This meant adding new industry pages for which Breezeway previously excluded, as well as modifying the types of product capability pages. Now, it's far easier for new and returning users to explore the site and find the content most relevant to them.

Showcasing Seamless Integrations

With integrations and PMS (property management system) partnerships so core to Breezeway’s business, we elevated its integrations page design and moved it to the top-level navigation bar.

Additionally, we created preferred partner landing pages with content that spoke directly to users of each PMS. This includes specific benefits for using Breezeway with a certain PMS, testimonials from those users, and PMS-specific FAQs. Now, Breezeway has a new form of bottom-of-funnel content that serves as prime locations for users to convert.

Unifying Content with a Learning Center

Before the redesign, all of Breezeway’s content types (such as blogs, webinars, case studies, and tools) existed in siloes. Without a centralized hub, there was no seamless way for users to find relevant content across various formats.

Now Breezeway has a place for all its content marketing materials to reside. This way, users can easily locate specific content through the Learning Center or Resource Library.

Building Trust Through Social Proof

Webstacks upgraded the design of social proof components throughout the site, such as the testimonials carousel and statistics bar.

The case studies page template also received an update, and success stories were integrated throughout the site to establish credibility and support Breezeway’s speedy sales cycle.
