Additionally, you will have a Client Success Manager who is responsible for ensuring a positive overall engagement with Webstacks. The CSM can also serve as a resource for any scope changes or updates that may arise during a project.
Webstacks uses Jira as the internal tool for managing all website projects. At the start of any project, Webstacks creates a detailed Project Plan, which serves as the source of truth for tracking the project's status. This plan is accessible for you and your team to view at any time. Additionally, our team uses Slack for quick and seamless communication between teams and clients.
Your dedicated Project Manager will proactively anticipate and plan for potential challenges, adapt priorities and timelines as needed, and ensure that you are always kept well-informed to minimize any negative impacts.
